Midland Studio is William Zweifel’s glass studio. Using a kiln to heat the glass, he creates very unique interlacements of design and color. This treatment gives the glass an unusual fluid form, almost that of fabric. Midland will feature a guest artist, jewelry designer Sherida Wank. Her techniques include both ancient and modern methods, working with colored gemstones, a variety of patinas, enameling, and rivets. She continually adds to her repertoire every year so that here many collectors can look forward to fresh and exciting new pieces.
